This research seeks to understand the roles of the Center for Support to People with Specific Needs in face of the difficulties that arise in the educational process of students with disabilities in the Technical Course, integrated modality. Therefore, the general objective is to analyze the challenges and possibilities experienced by the Center for Support to People with Specific Needs (NAPNE) in the development of management strategies aimed at promoting the educational process in the Technical Course of Internet Computing in Integrated mode of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology Sul-rio-grandense (IFSUL) - Gravataí Campus, located in Rio Grande do Sul, in the city of Gravataí. In the literature review, an analysis of dissertations on the theme of inclusion is presented, bringing reflections on the NAPNE, the challenges and possibilities that its members encounter in managing the organization and the attention to the educational needs of students with disabilities in the Technical Course of Computer Science for Internet in integrated mode to High School, IFSUL Câmpus Gravataí, from these academic productions. The research approach is qualitative and the instruments used were semi-structured interviews with three managers and four members of NAPNE and documentary analysis of legislation and institutional documents. From the analysis of the data collected, it was possible to understand the challenges of NAPNE facing the educational process of students with disabilities, ranging from the lack of financial and human resources, to the need for training of servers regarding inclusive education, as well as its possibilities of which stands out the perspective of an inclusive look, favoring the construction of a successful educational process for this group of students. A suggestion was made for continued education, as a proposal for pedagogical intervention, based on the analysis of the data collected, thus making the research have a more significant contribution to the Câmpus Gravataí.Nenhuma
