dc.description.abstract | This research has as its theme Education 4.0 and innovation in the educational context.
The problematizing question is about: "how the School Technical of Electronics
Francisco Moreira da Costa (ETE FMC) is adequate to the assumptions of Education
4.0 and what actions need to be adopted so that the school meets the requirements of
this model". The general objective of the research is to identify which structural,
management and pedagogical elements of Education 4.0 are present in the ETE FMC,
and to verify the perception of the participants, to adapt the school in the proposal of
this scope of education. The research was carried out at the Francisco Moreira da
Costa Electronics Technical School (ETE FMC), belonging to the Jesuit Education
Network. The research participants are students, teachers and managers. The
procedure adopted was the case study, with a mixed approach (quantitative and
qualitative) and with the application of questionnaires using questions with a Likert
scale and open questions. Descriptive statistics and content analysis proposed by
Bardin (2011) were used for data analysis. With the result of this research, it is
observed that the ETE FMC is a school open to evolving its pedagogical procedures
so that the education and learning of the student are placed as the central point of its
actions. In this context, it is evident that the ETE FMC is a school that is moving towards
the improvement of its educational strategies. However, it is possible to mention some
points of attention that were identified in the intervention plan. Finally, this dissertation
presents itself as a final product, which can be used as a reference for other institutions
that wish to evaluate their pedagogical procedures and practices through Education
4.0. | en |
