The boiling technological transformations outline the scenario in which we are witnessing the New Technologies of Information and Communication (NTICs) entering more intensely into contemporary ointing to the concept of cyberculture and which prompts us to constantly corresponce to new ways of being and being in the world. In this context, online social networking sites such as Instagram start to manifest themselves as spaces of socialization, places of shared experiences, vectors of union and that reveal new ways of being-together. The number of supporters of this online social networking site can tell you how it starts to enhance its space of importance in the lives of individuals today, keeping more than a billion active users worldwide and showing itself as a space that it houses a diversity of senses. Therefore, this research aimed to understand the experience of expression and production of meanings in Instagram users, in which four employees who are users of this online social networking site participated. The methodical walk that outlines the paths covered in this research characterizes its nature as a qualitative investigation and its method as a hermeneutic phenomenological in the light of the resonances of Martin Heidegger's Hermeneutic Phenomenology, also contemplating a stage that assumes the netnographic perspective. Narrative Interview and the Field Diary were used as resources for data production. The narratives were understood from the Walter Benjamin‘s idea (1987), in which the author emphasizes the importance of the narrative as an access way to the elaboration of the experience. In turn, Field Diaries are understood from the meaning considered by Aun and Morato (2005), who use the ―Logbooks‖ nomenclature and present them as the possibility of approximation with the experience lived by the researcher during the research. and the ―creation of meanings‖ through written-narratives. The process of interpretive understanding based on Gadamer's Philosophical Hermeneutics (1960/1999) was privileged from his perspective on the ―fusion of horizons‖, assuming the movement of the circular-hermeneutic game of understanding. As possible considerations, we observe that Instagram can be understood as an unfolding of the modern technique, showing an inviting space to the calculating way of thinking, but that, however, also unveiled a reflective posture of collaborators, manifesting the disposition of serenity in the face of the possibility of saying "yes" and "no" simultaneously to the appeals of modern technique, when questioning how they make use of this online social networking site, especially as we are going through the Covid-19 pandemic. Considering the constancy and speed of technological innovations that build and enhance new communication paradigms in cyberspace, a continuity of studies involving online social networking sites such as Instagram is suggested, in order to expand, in the light of hermeneutic phenomenology, the look at the phenomena that these spaces manifest from the epocal horizon in which they are situated.
