This research analyzes the perceptions of apprenticeship through the labor from the Law 10.097/2000, also called Apprenticeship Law or Apprentice Program, printed in dissertations and thesis publisheds in the platform of Biblioteca Digital Brasileira de Teses e Dissertações (BDTD). The period selected comprised the years 2000 to 2019, with the purpose of contemplating the academic production during the 20 years of Young Apprentice Program. The methodological stages of the research were developed on on documental research and content analysis. The theoretical methodological exercise was based on authors who have been problematizing the apprenticeship, as well as those who studies the context of labor, nowadays, for example, Carlos Ernesto Noguera-Ramirez, César Sanson, Gert Biesta. The BDTD was chosen as database for the selection of dissertations written in the matter of the Young Apprentice Program and Law 10.097/2000. In the universe of researches that analyzed the themes, Law 10.097/2000 and Apprenticeship, those in the Education universe were selected. The results can be summarized in three senses attributed to valuing Apprenticeship: a) sense of complementarity between theory and practice; b) sense of practical knowledge and experience and c) sense of development of skills and abilities.Nenhuma
