The systemic family constellation is a method developed by German therapist and philosopher Bert Hellinger, which has been applied to the Brazilian judiciary since 2006. This new proposal aims to empower women, as well as to reach the people that are involved in legal proceedings, to look at what their domestic systems are, and be able to understand the origins of the conflicts in their lives, in addition to the recognition of the experience of systemic entanglements. It is a systemic-phenomenological technique that recognizes that the family entanglements that originate conflict are a result of a violation of one or more of the systemic laws recognized by Bert Hellinger, such as belonging, balance and hierarchy. When broken, they can generate symptoms like violent behavior, and questioning that behavior is the main theme of this project. The purpose of this study is to examine and assess the efficiency of the family constellation's method in the community of Parobé (a small town in Brazil), involving the citizens that had problems of domestic violence while cohabiting, using their participation in the project, as well as the results of the project that is called Systemic Justice which was implemented in the region.
