The businesses man in the mid-sized construction industry should think more about management, in order to increase productivity and safety at the construction site. In that way, some tools were customized to adapt for this sector. This paper compares management tools and explores their applicability in the activities of a medium size build construction, focusing on a literature review of national and international standards and guidelines.
