Description
This work has as main objective the establishment of a Cachaça distillery in the Rio das Antas. The project will follow the principles of the institution and regulation of RAC(Regulation Conformity Assessment of Cachaça).
The deployment project presented in this document was based on the best practices of project management PMBOK disseminated. This shows the integration of management plans, scope management, time management, cost management, quality management, human resources management, communications management, risk management and procurement management and contracts.
