This work has as main objective to present a project plan to support the company's Information Technology and Social Security-DATAPREV, create a strategy for the delivery of interactive applications for the government market using the technology "Interactive Digital TV."
The project follows the PMBOK® Guide in all its disciplines, following the methodology development also internalized by the company.
