Description
The object of this Work of Conclusion of Curso (TCC) was the elaboration of the project of equipment MRT Suínco - Johnson Controls BE, based on good the practical ones suggested for the Project Menegement Body Of Knowledge - PMBOK. For the PMBOK, project is a temporary effort undertaken to create a product, exclusive service or resulted, and the management of a project is the job of practical, where each project creates a product leading in consideration procedures, techniques and tools with the purpose to reach clear and definite objectives, following a planning of stated period and cost, of form the atingiz them, inside of the waited quality. In this context, the manager of projects has the responsibility to apply the knowledge, abilities, tools and techniques to the activities of the similar project, reaching the considered objective. In such a way, this study he applies the concepts presented for the PMBOK in the construction of the project of equipment MRT Suínco, below follows figures of the future equipment.
