With the variations and updates suffered in the business and financial markets, making organizations increasingly competitive, the need arose for organizations to make adaptations and change their organizational culture and look more at their human capital, as it is through it that the company manages achieve your goals and objectives. As a result, companies tend to implement new management tools, new internal controls and mainly methods to attract high performance professionals. Thus becoming more competitive, enabling new negotiations in the market. In view of this scenario, the present article had the general objective of analyzing which method is the most effective in the Personnel Recruitment and Selection process in an accounting office. For the development of this study, several authors were used as a bibliographic reference. A qualitative approach was used, which was carried out a questionnaire for the Director and the Human Resources Coordinator of the company in question with open questions. Through the result, it was possible to observe that the company is committed to improving its Personnel Recruitment and Selection process, looking for people management tools.
