Educação e trabalho: significações produzidas por alunos do curso subsequente em segurança do trabalho sobre sua formação (IFMA – Campus Buriticupu)
Descrição
The dissertation presents the result of a research carried out at the Federal Institute of Maranhão (IFMA), Campus Buriticupu, with students of the Workplace Safety course in the subsequent modality. The research aimed to understand the meanings produced by students about the formative experience, presenting discussions that problematize the way in which the work context influences educational practices. And it guides agendas for educational policies based on a rationality specific to the capitalist model, in addition to discussions about professional education in Brazil and about youth and their particular experiences in the face of the dynamics of the relationship between work and education in Brazil. The assumptions of socio-historical psychology are used as foundations for the data production process that served as material for the analysis of the meanings produced by the subjects, using the categories of senses and meanings for this purpose. The data were produced from semi-structured interviews with six students from the Workplace Safety course. The information indicates the need for the way of being a student and the production of subjectivity of students in this teaching modality to be critically understood for an effectively inclusive and democratic educational offer.Nenhuma
