Corpos rurais: paisagens, sexualidades e transcendência em filmes de paiol

Abstract

This work analyzes ruralities as a duration in a certain Brazilian cinema with rural theme. It takes as a corpus of empirical observation the short films A vez de matar, a vez de morrer (2016, Giovani Barros) and A retirada para um coração bruto (2017, Marco Antônio Pereira) to show three trends that cross rural bodies: landscapes, sexualities and transcendence. It uses the constellation methodology to authenticate trends as analytical axes of a rural idea built by the media.
