Consumidores virtuais versus físicos: motivações que levam os clientes da Leroy Merlin de São Leopoldo-RS a optarem pela compra na loja ou pela internet
The present work has by objective make an analysis in relation to virtual and physical consumer in the retailer of construction materials of store Leroy Merlin – unity São Leopoldo-RS, with the perspective of search understand which are they motivations that make with which he choose to buy in the physical store or by internet system. The interest by the realization of present research is due of growth of virtual retail in relation to physical commerce, increase that provoked by technological advance, represented by internet. Therefore, the study aims understand the main reasons that lead the consumer to opt for the virtual purchase or by remaining looking the physical space of store where are available the products, in this case, of construction materials. To achieve the proposed objective, the methodology employed consisted in the application of a questionnaire of Google forms, together with 115 customers of store, in the period of 03 of september to 31 0ctober 2018. Also it was performed a bibliographical research about productions that treat this theme. As main results, it was observed the paradigm break that the physical sale will end, once has was detected that, on the one hand there are consumers increasingly connected to online system, looking shopping alternatives, while the other still there are people who prefer the processes of personal experiences of products, fearing future discomforts.
