Princípios para elaboração de processos colaborativos e autogerativos em organizações: uma abordagem metaprojetual para concepção de cenários
Description
This research starts from the perspective of Complexity Theory and has as its theme a methodological approach of Strategic Design, with the objective of elaborating Principles that contribute to the creation of Scenarios for organizational processes, based on collaboration and self-generation. Collaboration is understood as a procedurality that allows the transformation of systems by the renewal of social relations and with that the processes that make up organizations are also renewed. In this sense, the research has as central concepts the look at organizations as Open Systems (MORIN, 2015), Dispositives (DELEUZE, 1990), as the operating forces of strategies and narratives in organizations, Strategic Design, in its metaprojective dimension , according to Franzato (2014) and Bentz and Franzato (2016) and the Scenarios conceived understood as a process of infinite movement between imagination and reality, critical and reflective, based on the articulation of Manzini and Jégou (2006) and Dunne and Raby (2013). Complementarily, the research has as specific objectives, the identification of the bases of Complex Thinking to conceptualize organizations as open systems and fertile ground for the elaboration of meta-processes, the presentation of the concept of Devices and their influences on project operations, the use of the concept of meta-design for creation of the research method and, finally, the development of a metaprojective methodological approach to strategic principles. The work also contemplates the redefinition of the concept of Collaboration, from the perspective of Complexity, as a processuality that leads to the creation of Scenarios. As a form of investigation, interviews and Experiences were carried out in the form of a workshop for data collection and a look at discursive practices and the Operating Devices as a form of analysis and interpretation. Finally, the research proposes the design of three Strategic and metaprojectual Principles, the Relational, that of Meaning and that of Inventivity, which join the methodology of transdisciplinarity (NICOLESCU, 1999) for its formulation and orientation to those Scenarios.CAPES - Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior
