Article II (qualitative) analyzed factors that facilitate, and hinder healthy habits and strengths of character related to the maintenance of the weight of seven people. Learning and discipline favor habits, some situations, emotions, and dissatisfaction with life can make them difficult. The strengths of the character used by the participants are self-regulation, persistence, love of learning, appreciation of beauty, and humor.
