The German company Siemens AG provides solutions in wind systems, having its manufacturing installed in Germany. Currently there is interest and demand for this technology from the country Iran. The objective of this project is to present a proposal (business plan) for the transportation of the entire structure of a wind power system from Germany to Iran. This project management plan was developed based on PMBOK best practices.
