Diretrizes para introdução dos conceitos da indústria 4.0 no segmento de manufatura de veículos linha leve
Descripción
In the context of an increasingly globalized and competitive economy, the need for technological advances is a matter of survival of the most diverse industrial sectors. In the automotive segment, especially in the manufacture of light-line vehicles, the use of new technologies has brought an increase in connectivity between production, supply chain and customers, since the introduction of the industry concept 4.0. This connectivity is justified by the use of new technologies such as the Internet of Thinks (IOT), Big Data (BDA) and Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS), coupled with autonomous systems that streamline decisions and automatically change process management. The concept of industry 4.0, initiated by Germany, has become global with applications in countries such as the United States, China and Japan in the most different sectors of the economy. In this context, the present work aimed to propose guidelines for the introduction of the concepts of industry 4.0 in the automotive segment of the light line. The study took place on an exploratory basis in four leading global companies in this segment. To this end, visits were made to the companies Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, BMW and Audi, focusing on their production processes with on-site observations and semi-structured interviews with engineers and managers of companies. In this way, it was concluded that the introduction of the Industry 4.0 concept in this segment is based on (a) Implantation of the Toyota Production System (b) Modularization of the process (c) Application of main technologies of the industry 4.0. Finally, it’s understood that the present research can contribute to a better understanding of these concepts and their introduction in other contexts, how is the Brazilian industry, which may be the object of future work.Nenhuma
