This monography has as objective to problematize school environment as a place of listening and reflection for parents and to report the experience of practice with family meetings. Titled Conversation Circle, the meetings happened monthly in a kindergarten school. The paper also will approach the importance of school environment to the child and the family considering the psychologic and pedagogic relevance and contribution on the relation between school and community. We verified that Psychology studies allied to Education and its practices can be of great contribution. Psychology concept of “listening” dialogs complementary with the “Pedagogy of Listening” concept from Education field. This paper also has as propose to contribute to the dialog between communities and families
