The objective of this paper is to describe the methodology and results achieved in the area of Data Quality Improvement related activities, trough the implementation of Software Quality's techniques, applied to the processes of a Human Resources Management Software Developer and Provider company. The results obtained through the improvement research and implementation activities, combined with the process analysis and metric methods were tested and verified over the execution of this study, and allowed to determinate that the adoption of software quality concepts can present positive results in the areas of data migration and information quality.
