For the strategic alignment long-term goals of the organization with short-term decisions the managers use performance evaluation. This paper aims to identify the key performance indicators used in the management of Brazilian corrugated packaging industries. Applying the method of exploratory research, through a questionnaire for managers of this segment, it is possible to identify the main financial and non-financial indicators, with highest and lowest used by industries in this market, considering the size of the respondent companies. This study is relevant to researchers in the areas of management control and performance analysis, as well as corrugated packaging companies that want to implement or improve your system performance evaluation.
