This final paper aims to present a project management plan for the implementation of a compounding pharmacy in region of Florianópolis. The methodology used to its basis derive from good management practices proposed by PMI (Project Management Institute) covering all areas of knowledge of the PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) Guide to project management. The project is aligned sponsor’s strategy to position the new establishment within a compounding pharmacy market in region of Florianópolis, and provides delivery within the costs, times and quality defined in the scope of this project.
