Description
This work presents a project plan for the implementation of CMMI-DEV-IPPD Quality Model at Maturity Level 5 in a software factory formatted company (located in the city of Porto Alegre). The application of this model is supposed to improve the alignment between IT and the business areas, as a way of providing better performance and quality in their services. This plan initially presents the project's general and specific objectives. Then, it elaborates over the management plans related to the nine areas of knowledge (according to best practices of PMBOK Guide): integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk and acquisitions.
