The purpose of this document is to present the project plan for the construction of the Store Puro Chile – Phase One. This body of work includes the project scope descroption, and also the time, cost and quality management plans. Also described is the procedures for resource management, risk communication and acquisitions. This project plan is the official document in which will be recorded the activities and changes agreed between the sponsor, project manager and stackeholders throughout the project. The basis of this document are the methodologies and best practices proposed by the project management (PMI) Project Management Institute contained mainly on the PMBOK GUIDE (Fourth - Edition).
