The work in study aims to develop a business plan focused on verifying the feasibility analysis of a business in a seasonal period in the town of Garibaldi, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, which would grant information to the owner, about opening a coffee shop next to his current business, the ice cream shop, and also the possibility of the ice cream shop staying open during the winter. Check the necessary investments, and the possibilities of capital gain, seeking relating elements to the study, which according to the authors of the theoretical framework, if implemented, allow an improvement in profitability. By means of literature, theoretical and practical concepts are presented to be applied. Through interviews and observations realized, data are presented to the preparation of the work, these data were collected through questionnaires with clear and objective questions with the possibility of suggestions. Study the competition and identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the external environment. This feasibility study is to realize the projected results, since it was not yet applied, it also has the intention to conduct feasibility studies before starting future investments. Confronting the financial projections with an analysis of costs and expenses, it was noted that the economic and financial viability of the market is possible.
