Description
This paper seeks to address the Ergonomics an important role in the construction and its working conditions, aiming for maximum comfort, safety and performance for their tasks. A study of the importance of load to the body in it removal, transportation and disposal. Using concepts defined by the Physical ergonomics, biomechanics and psychophysiology, with a study of the worker's musculoskeletal structure , their lung and skin conditions , everything related to weight and cement dust. Also, the differences in the legislation applied in Brazil and abroad, in which will use guidelines of NIOSH Equation to prove that much lower values than 50 kg of cement bags, have already affected health. Finally, in conclusion, it will present recommendations for improvement.
