The search for quality products has made organizations invest in testing and software development. To ensure the software quality, it must have a well-defined testing process with trained professionals. This article presents an evaluation of software testing process in the ABC Organization through a case study using the Test Process Improvement model - TPI and suggestions for improvements. The results showed that the Organization does not have high test maturity level and needs to improve its testing process to have a quality end product.
