People are involved in deployment of Software Process Improvements and its changes. There are naturally resistances by them to the new, therefore, using the Organizational Behavior, Managing Organizational Change and Software Process Improvement areas, a nationally research was created, in order to analyze the importance of each human aspect, the professionals perception with some experience in these deployments. The results shown that almost half of the human aspects brought up by Organizational Behavior area were considered as important as the others also brought up by Managing Organizational Change.
