This paper presents the results and conclusions of the introduction of the technique of BDD (Behavior Driven Development) and user stories, as process improvement in a project that is using scrum. The research-action was used as a method of research, data collection via questionnaires answered by project members and by observation, in addition to the evaluation of content analysis. Through data analysis, the results showed how positive was improving in agile software development using BDD.
