| dc.description.abstract | This paper presents the results and conclusions of the introduction of the technique of BDD (Behavior Driven Development) and user stories, as process improvement in a project that is using scrum. The research-action was used as a method of research, data collection via questionnaires answered by project members and by observation, in addition to the evaluation of content analysis.
