Description
This study aims to register and suggest improvements on business analysis, applied to a software development process, based on best practices, provided by the IIBA, on BABOK 2.0. However, the focus of this work will not be business analysis as a whole, but it will be restricted to the knowledge area as known as Elicitation. After identifying the weak points in the business analysis on a software development process, it provides improvements in requirements elicitation activities. These improvements were subjected to be evaluated by professionals of the business analysis area and software development. All proposed improvements in requirements elicitation, and the analysis of the professionals evaluations are reported in this paper.
