Such as innovation in services is an area that has been widely researched outside Brazil, it identified the need to deepen this research in the area of educational services, analyzing how the implementation of a service innovation in education, can impact the perception of perceived quality of services. For this research studies on the concepts of innovation in services, innovation in educational services, coaching, career development and quality services. From this deepening the concepts, an almost experimental research was conducted in two separate studies: the first was a field research where we applied the coaching process for 36 students of continuing education Unisinos, questionnaires being applied before and after the coaching process; after a laboratory study to 62 Students also in continuing education, where a questionnaire on the implementation of innovation in services, but without participation in the coaching process has been applied, as in the first study. To analyze the data collected in the survey, statistical analyzes were used by the T-test, ANOVA and simple medium and Levene test to measure the impact of the studies. As a result of the research, it was identified that the deployment of services associated with the need and expectation of students, can have a positive impact on quality of service perceived.Nenhuma
