Interference in the judiciary also occur when policies are not under the laws enforced by the Executive, which is still seen by some scholars as an interference of the judiciary in public policy in the health area, injuring the autonomy and independence of powers. The excessive interference of the judiciary is causing havoc on the public health system, being necessary to resize the judicial action, considering their decisions on the limits and possibilities of the state.
