Uma análise crítica das variáveis estrutura e processos organizacionais da rede das redes de cooperação - VIAREDES - no Estado do Rio Grande do Sul

Abstract

The cooperation network of small businesses is a recent phenomenon in Brazil, and the cooperation network of networks emerges as a new organizational model. In this context, this research aims to understand how the organizational structure and organizational processes variables are organized in cooperation network of networks. A theoretical survey was performed in order to identify the key elements of processes and organizational structure. Based on the theory, an instrument was developed for data collection, besides the use of documents and file records. Eight participants of the cooperation network of networks were interviewed. The testimonies of the participants were presented in form of texts and data analysis involved content analysis. Results point to the need of objectives interests alignment. Finally, it is clear that to achieve these results, participation of representatives of cooperation networks are essential and relevant for this new organizational model.
