Abstract

This work intends to develop an analysis on the Permanent Preservation Areas Occupation of the Brazilian Forest Code in the urban way and to present specific information for the development of critical knowledge and proposition to the academic community on this subject. For such intention, at first moment one becomes necessary to present Environmental Law and Urbanization Right elements creating a base to inform the reader has conditions to form its proper critical one. In order to specify the raised problem, brings the following example of the urbanization in Sapucaia do Sul city, specifically on the areas of permanent preservation. Searching for propositions, the work shows the real situation in this local, where the reality does not differ from the other Brazilian cities
