Lately we have observed a retaking of the cooperative movement, both as an alternative to the present great number of unemployed, as well as an alternative to the liberation of the authentic cooperativism, with a new appearance of Solidary Economy. If, at first moment, the a thought and knowledge, which goes beyond their former preoccupations with carrying out labor for somebody else. Self/management leads them to carry out and think their own management, of their enterprise and their labor. Although this preoccupation is not an awareness that is becoming concrete by all, the same way and at the same time, at the beginning of this attempt, we have observed, in field researches, there are great indicia of these self/managerial manifestations in the majority of the members of these cooperatives, although in differentiated degrees.
