El objetivo de este artículo es brindar una mirada histórica y académica de un programa educativo creado por el sacerdote jesuita Luis Achaerandio Zuazo. Se presentan de manera breve las motivaciones para su creación, el sustento teórico y metodológico del mismo. Concluye con la afirmación y convicción de la vigencia de la propuesta para incidir en la calidad educativa de los diferentes contextos a donde se pueda llegar a través de la formación docente.this paper aims to provide a historical and academic overview of an educational program created by the Jesuit priest Luis Achaerandio Zuazo. It briefly presents the motivations behind its creation, as well as the theoretical and methodological foundations. The p aperconcludes with the assertion and conviction of the relevance of the proposal to influence the educational quality in different contexts through teacher training.
