Influência da manutenção na capacidade produtiva de uma empresa que opera com simbiose industrial: estudo de caso
Descripción
Currently, the issues related to the environment are in focus due to the imposition of the need to use natural sources that are inserted into production processes. Thus, Industrial Ecology (EI) arises, where the Industrial Symbiosis (IS) and the Circular Economy (CE) are inserted to integrate and strengthen potential among companies through the use of resources to integrate the industrial systems, reprocess the waste and reintroduce it again to the production flow. The companies involved in the EI still need help meeting the growing demands, primarily due to production limitations. The present work derives from a case study in a symbiotic company, which aims to evaluate the influence of maintenance on the productive capacity of assets, thus resulting in an increase in the consumption of class II waste and reducing the impacts on the Environment, coming from the footwear segment and selective collection of the originated from Vale do Paranhana - RS with the implementation of the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) process, and to eliminate the unavailability of the assets, through the definition of the criticality of the assets, clarifying the priorities of the maintenance sector. In this context, the Failure Mode, Effect, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) methodology was deepened and applied, which, besides elucidating the failure modes and effects, analyzes the criticality, probability, and severity of possible failures. In the sequence, the research was directed towards maintenance in a strategic way. With the implementation of the project, it became possible to increase the production capacity by 17.01%, by increasing the availability of assets from 82% to 92.8%, which represents an increase of 10.8 percentage points as well as, improve compliance with production deadlines from 81% to 93%, which represents an increase of 12 percentage points in meeting customer expectations. The reduction in the environmental impact of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) by 59,2 tons water consumption by 2.947 m3 and oil consumption 392,9 m3 thus leveraging more and more the needs of the links of symbiotic companies in the region.Fundo Unisinos de apoio à pesquisa
