A marketing’s department in a company is responsable for the generation of value of a product, service or brand of a company. For that, a marketing plan is developed based on the company’s strategic plan. In order to execute the marketing actions of this plan, projects are created. In a dynamic context with several ongoing marketing projects, results and short deadlines, mistakes are likeble to occur, even if a management process is been used. Therefore, it is understood that implementing a management plan that is flexible, quick and with small executions could be benefical for the marketing department of a company. The goal if this project is to analyze and identify project’s management processes that solves those questions and that proposes a solution for the implementation of this processes and tools in a easy and practical way.
