dc.description.abstractThis article describes a mobile application that physical therapists can use during insured patient's care. Handwritten records in paper sheets combined with the 22 intense work rhythm creates an environment prone to flaws. The mobile application developed was for Windows Phone 8 platform. A .NET server-side application, which is responsible for providing access to a SQL Server database, was also developed. The mobile application allows physical therapists to consult patient's data and current treatment's data. It also permits insertion, visualization and edition of evolutions and evaluation. Evaluated by a physical therapist the application proved itself adequate for usage while providing care to patients.en
