| dc.description.abstract | This present study has for aim to reflect about processes involved in the construction of a teaching staff of a public school and organized in formation’s cycle, of the municipal network of the city of Lajeado-RS. The study goes for understand the relationships among teachers in the environment school, which are the negotiations, concessions and attributions that are present by the constitution of a collective, and can do the school a dynamic area, because it is constituded of people who talk over, read, dream and fight for a transformer and transformed school. Currently, the reality of school considered for many as a space in crisis and that has urgency to be transformed is the started point of this journey towards the organization of the teaching staff, journey that also pass, necessarily, through other places, being the reflexive school one of them.
