Diseño de un producto turístico educativo para las Lomas de Mangomarca en el distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal el diseño de un producto turístico educativo para las Lomas de Mangomarca ubicado en el distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho, partiendo de experiencias previas in situ, de la revisión de fuentes secundarias y primarias. Para lo cual, se ha empleado una metodología de investigación aplicada de carácter cualitativo. Para esto, se realizaron entrevistas virtuales debido a la coyuntura de la pandemia tanto a la Municipalidad de San Juan de Lurigancho, a los directores y profesores de las Instituciones Educativas seleccionadas y representante de la Asociación Lomas de Mangomarca. Los resultados arrojaron que la mayoría de colegios que visita las Lomas de Mangomarca provienen de otros distritos y muy pocos los del distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho. La Asociación no cuenta con el respaldo de la Municipalidad de San Juan de Lurigancho. En cuanto a la infraestructura de las Lomas de Mangomarca, esta carece de señaléticas, senderos, paneles informativos, miradores, y puntos de descanso aptos para los diferentes públicos. Sumado a ello, la Asociación aún sigue en lucha de frenar las problemáticas que vienen aquejando a las lomas desde hace mucho tiempo como son la contaminación y el tráfico de tierras.

The main objective of this research is the design of an educational tourism product for the Lomas de Mangomarca located in San Juan de Lurigancho district, based on previous experiences in situ, from the review of secondary and primary sources. For which, a qualitative applied research methodology has been used. For this, virtual interviews were carried out due to the situation of the pandemic both with the Municipality of San Juan de Lurigancho, with the directors and teachers of the selected Educational Institutions and a representative of the Lomas de Mangomarca Association. The results showed that the majority of schools that visit the Lomas de Mangomarca come from other districts and very few from the district of San Juan de Lurigancho. The Association does not have the backing of the Municipality of San Juan de Lurigancho. As for the infrastructure of the Lomas de Mangomarca, it lacks signs, trails, information panels, viewpoints, and resting points suitable for different audiences. In addition to this, the Association is still struggling to stop the problems that have plagued the hills for a long time, such as pollution and land trafficking.
