Revisión bibliométrica de la construcción del término habilidades comunicativas

Abstract

El presente artículo de carácter bibliométrico es una aproximación a las principales tendencias sobre la construcción del término habilidades comunicativas. Para ello, se hizo una revisión de fuentes que abordaban dicho concepto de manera exhaustiva para posteriormente seleccionar cuatro fuentes primarias que serían el cimiento para desarrollar el artículo. Acto seguido se sistematizaron las fuentes primarias y hallaron tendencias que encaminaron la pertinencia del uso de fuentes para lograr nuestro objetivo. Finalmente, los resultados han permitido señalar que las fuentes seleccionadas contribuyen de manera significativa a la construcción del término habilidades comunicativas.

This bibliometric article is an approach to the main tendencies on the construction of the term communication skills. To do this, a review of sources that addressed this concept in an exhaustive way was made to later select four primary sources that would be the foundation to develop the article. Immediately afterwards, the primary sources were systematized, and tendencies were found that guidedthe relevance of the use of sources to achieve our objective. Finally, the results have made it possible to indicate that the selected sources contribute significantly to the construction of the term communication skills.
