This study aims to portray the vision cooperative members have towards the cooperative which they are associated to, verify how the cooperative education and training is being perceived by the members through the evaluation of the effective participation of the members in the administration of the cooperative through a document survey in the archives of Coopeeb and also a questionnaire distributed to its members. Thus, it became possible to quantify and rank indexes that may be used as a tool for the management of the business units, the board of directors and also the cooperative education committee. Besides, this paper gathers information about the distribution of its members by its business unit, function and how long they have been associated to it, cooperative education, cooperative management by the Board of administration and the business units and also seeks to portray the (dis) satisfaction of its members in performing their function, benefit concession and professional development.
