dc.description.abstractThe use of artificial intelligence and other technologies tends to be increasingly common in the fields in which legal professionals work. Despite this, Higher Education Institutions do not seem to have adapted to the new technological challenges yet, especially to the challenges of training professionals in legal careers. The research “Legal Education in the Context of the Digitalization of Social Relations: The Role of the NPJ”, first presents, the origin and creation of the law course in Brazil, evidencing the historical evolution of Brazilian legal education, the relationship between law and technology, and the positive experiences of using technology in the judiciary. The second part presents the Legal Practice Center of the University of Rio Verde - GO - UniRV, visualizing legal education as a mediator between Law, computing and education, so that for the formation of critical thinkers, it is necessary to experience technological transformations of learning and ways of disposing of information. The last chapter, Legal Education in the Context of the Digitization of Social Relations: The role of the NPJ, aims to investigate the transposition of forms of conflict resolution from the physical to the virtual world, seeking to understand the origin of what is conventionally called Online Dispute Resolution, in addition to seeking to identify how both institutes have been implemented in Brazil. The aim is to contribute so that the coupling between Law and technology is able to generate effective improvements in the rights application system. Thus, the question is: how can the chatbot facilitate in the development of dynamic learning practices in the Law academic stage, in order to enable future professional to solve disputes through digital means? The general goal: to know the possibilities of using the chatbot for online conflict resolution in the family area at the Legal Practice Center of the University of Rio Verde - UniRV. In addition to serving the public, with the functionality to offer basic information, procedural monitoring, opening hours, scheduling, directing to the secretary and the constant legal data analysis in procedural, legal and technological aspects. Specific goals: to reduce the deadline for solving the dispute; to reduce dispute resolution costs; to create a transparent and reliable dispute resolution environment. The methodology used is bibliographical integrating Law and Technology, added to the experimental and empirical method in the implementation and use of the chatbot. As a result, it was defined, a priori, the proposal to implement the Chatbot software in the Legal Practice Center of the University of Rio Verde - NPJ/UniRV, thus developing the interaction between the Law and Software courses of this Educational Institution. The entire development of this system will be accompanied by supervising professors of these disciplines.en
