dc.description.abstract | Food is much more than just nourishing a human being; it can change relationships (whether with other people or with oneself and one's body), represent the culture and history of a country, and generate debates about well-being, among other subjects. One field of study that addresses all these questions involving food is Food Design, a field of study that was created in the 90's and is slowly establishing itself in the work and academic environments. With the growth of Food Design in Brazil, an observatory was founded so that professionals and those interested in the area can have recourse in this initial moment of the field of study in the country. Based on the vision and concepts of strategic design, this work seeks to describe the construction of the observatory, as well as to generate through the questions collected a product service system that helps in this initial moment of the organization and of those interested in Food Design. | en |
