dc.description.abstract | The high consumption of products in general led to an increase in pollution and, as a consequence, the planet's biodiversity has been suffering a lot. Faced with the situation, this study sought, through strategic design tools, to develop a system product-service that helps in the dissemination of information about sustainability in order to raise awareness and encourage a reduction in disposal, with a focus on packaging. This project aimed to help users who wish to have a more sustainable life to find what they need to start their journey, in addition to presenting the Zero Waste movement, which aims to stop producing waste. The developed service seeks to promote a channel to create a connection between small local brands in Porto Alegre that produce sustainable artifacts, with people who want to have a greener life, through UX and UI Design, in the development of an application. The current project application was developed with this connection in mind and was conceived based on surveys, interviews, prototyping and tests, making it a service with different actors involved and several important functions. | en |
