| dc.description | “Contribuir a la cimentación de las bases teóricas del Derecho agrario nicaragüense, fue lo que motivó emprender esta investigación, para identificar y resaltar el sistema normativo en el ordenamiento jurídico nacional. Para lograrlo, fue necesario caracterizar y sistematizar la regulación jurídica de la actividad agropecuaria; algo que resultó indispensable para visualizar aludido sistema con características de especialidad, completez y autonomía. Conviene decir que aquí se destacan: la ruptura de la unidad del Derecho privado, la incapacidad de la lex generalis para regular las relaciones en el campo, la evolución del sistema normativo y el influjo de normas complementarias y especiales, como razones coadyuvantes al nacimiento y consolidación normativa del Derecho agrario en Nicaragua.” / ”To contribute to the foundation of the theoretical bases of Nicaraguan agrarian law, was what motivated to undertake this investigation, to identify and to emphasize the normative system in the national juridical order. To achieve this, it was necessary to characterize and systematize the legal regulation of agricultural activity; something that was indispensable to visualize the aforementioned system with characteristics of specialty, completeness and autonomy. It should be noted here that the following stand out: the rupture of the unity of private law, the inability of the lex generalis to regulate relations in the field, the evolution of the normative system and the influx of complementary and special norms as reasons for the birth and Consolidation of agricultural law in Nicaragua.” | |
