Quatro décadas da Festa da Vitória Régia: uma homenagem a sua história através do processo de mineração de dados, memórias afetivas e escrita coletiva.
This research offers a digital book proposal with narratives that contains experiences lived in the
forty editions of a benefit of Pernambuco culture, from the process of data mining and
contributions to a collective and humanized production through affective memories of the Vitoria
Régia Party, an annual event held by the parish of Casa Forte and one of the traditional of the state
of Pernambuco, which is part of the tourist and cultural calendar of the city of Recife. In the course
of this research are addressed concepts such as Community Authorship (CANCLINI), Participatory
Culture (JENKINS), Lovemarks (ROBERTS), Culture of Participation (SHIRKY), Creative
Economy (HOWKINS), Creative Industries (BENDASSOLLI; WOOD; KIRSCHBAUM; PINA
AND CUNHA) among others. The method that conducts this study focuses on exploratory and
descriptive research based on methods such as bibliographic review, document analysis, field
research and interviews; the study has a qualitative character, with emphasis on the analysis of the
collected material, the documentary study and the crossing of the survey of the data sent by the
collaborators with the concepts of the bibliographic research carried out in this journey. The
trajectory elaborated for the production of the product had to be altered in the face of the challenges
posed by the pandemic of Covid-19 that plagued the world and brought many limitations.
However, the collection, the gathering of the material and its analysis reinforce the defense that the
book constitutes a tool to contribute to the registration of a legacy and can serve as an example so
that other sectors can enable the documentation of topics that are stored in people's memory and,
inconsistently, in other public and/or private domain channels.
