Análise das técnicas de avaliação de desempenho lumínico para iluminação natural, de um edifício multifamiliar, a partir de ensaios de campo e simulação computacional: estudo de caso.
With modern life and the multiple tasks performed by the human being, it is essential
for him to have, at his home, an environment that provides pleasure and comfort. In
this sense comes to the construction the concept of “performance” that is about
providing the user a home with security, habitability and durability that culminated
with the “Performance Standard NBR 15575 (2013)”. The standard describes
requirements and minimum criteria for obtaining house comfort in residential
buildings. However, due to its recent implementation a few adjustments, in the
measurement procedures are necessary. Among the requirements, the lighting
performance has presented a growing concern among builders and users in the
search for solutions of projects that provide comfort and economy using the least
amount of artificial lighting mechanisms in the building environment. The objective of
this project is to evaluate factors of influence in lighting performance for natural
lighting, through a case study in multifamily building, using the two methods proposed
by the standard: an in loco test and a computational simulation, both in different
conditions (days, times , etc.) in a way that contributes to the improvement of the
execution techniques of the tests adopted. The results present , in the in loco test,
different influence factors in the obtained values, especially related to the collecting
procedures that indicate the need for discussion to reduce the variation in the data
found using the current normative proposition. On the other hand, results were found
to be consistent between the computational simulation and the in loco test, allowing
better security in the use of the software to determine the lightning criteria in the
buildings.
