Description
The present research has for desiderato the study of the condition of the
person with visual deficiency like subjugada social, animosity based on the stigma
rooted in the innards of the society from the origin of the humanity. It has been
reaffirmed in today's juncture of postmodernity, the era of information technology
systems, among which the Electronic Judicial Process is pointed out, buoyed by
evidence of digital exclusion. In order to do so, we adopted the instruments provided
by the qualitative methodology of autoethnography, proving through the personal
narrative in interaction with other social actors and the dialogue between reflexivity
and socio-cultural aspects, the signs of contemporary social captivity present in the
PJE.
